The purposes of the Peralta Association of African American Affairs (PAAAA) shall be to organize and to operate for educational purposes as they pertain to effective education of Africans Americans in America, focusing on the County of Alameda, State of California and the Western Region of the United States of America through the enhancement of American Culture and the development of the District and Western Region’s total human resources.
